Neat park with a great paved path for biking. Moderate hills make it more of a challenge then the typical park in Tampa Bay. It was pretty busy but the trail is plenty wide enough for everyone to enjoy and pass comfortably. Even saw some manatees. I don’t believe it’s a loop trail but did not make it all the way to find out. Where I parked was $2 for the entire day!
Beautiful trail. Some great stopping points like the channel A overlook or the various ponds and trail heads.
My 1st time on this trail. Round trip it was 15 miles out and back. I loved how this trail had a little bit of everything, woody paths, along a highway, along ponds, underpasses, overpass, fields, rural, urban, picnic areas.
Please add the total length of the trail, in miles to the tenth of a mile like 2.3 miles, from beginning to the end and add the distance between segments (Montague entrance to Waters ranger building, then ranger building to linebaugh crossing, etc.
