Brandon and Josh were amazing. They arrived on time ,did an assessment with me on what was going on the truck. They were very speedy yet thorough. They both checked to see if any additional items would be going.
Once we arrived at the destination, they put down carpet protectors and unpacked the truck efficiently. It was a great experience to work with Josh and Brandon with 2 Collage Brothers in general. From the east of booking to excellent communication through the move and dedicated employees,I would highly recommend. When we move again, 2 College Brothers will be my first choice!
I was pretty worried about this move. Our building’s freight elevator was not functioning and the entire building was down to one elevator. I wasn’t sure how we’d get everything out of there. I shouldn’t have worried. Rob, Gary and Eli were very professional, acted like the elevator was no big deal, and they finished much quicker than expected. Definitely want these three guys when we’re ready to move into our new house. Christian was also a great resource pre-move. Him coming to the condo to make his estimate was reassuring, as I knew it wasn’t just a guesstimate like many other companies. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them.
Josh and Conner are THE BEST. Professional movers doesn’t describe them. They were personable, efficient and all around great guys. We will definitely be using 2 College brothers again and will be requesting Josh and Conner! Thank you, both!
If I could leave a 0 I would, our experience with them was probably the worst experience I have had with any business in my 68 years on this planet. It all started when the truck arrived the driver said the truck was probably not going to be big enough and in fact he was right. We had to leave stuff behind and not once did they offer to have the rest shipped, some of the stuff left behind was our grill, out door furniture and tools. This is just the beginning…….So the truck arrives at our new home in Murphy North Carolina and the truck driver says he can’t deliver the furniture to our house because he can’t get the truck up our driveway. So now I had to scramble to get a storage unit to put our furniture and belongings in. I found a storage unit in downtown Murphy, 5 miles from our house, the truck driver arrives and he starts putting the furniture in the unit but he can only the small stuff because the 2 helpers haven’t arrived. When the helpers arrive they are 2 dirty guys who cant speak English. So they basically throw our stuff in the unit and when they got toward the end we discovered that furniture was placed on our Motor Cycle and the gas tank dented….I won’t get into all the details but it took them 5 months to get us our $2500 for our claim.
So now I had to rent a U haul and move all the furniture from the storage unit to our house. My wife and I are 68 years old so this was not an easy task. As we were moving furniture we noticed several scratches and dents. I made a claim and they never responded.
Please do not use this company under any circumstances. We will never get over the pain and heartbreak this move with them cost us.
Jay did a great job explaining how the move would happen and the costs involved. He was very accessible and hands-on during the entire booking process.
The movers, Chris and Keon, were awesome!! They gave me a 30-minute warning before they arrived. The showed up on time, answered my questions and worked at a very brisk pace. They took very good care of the items they moved. They did an excellent job of disassembling and then re-assembling my daughter’s bunk bed. They asked me many questions to make sure they knew exactly where to put things. I highly recommend 2 College Brothers!!
