I had a fantastic first experience at 787! I work nearby and had been wanting to try something new for lunch, and this spot kept catching my attention—especially because the Tripleta sandwich looked incredible. I finally decided to give it a try, and I’m
glad I did!
The service was great, and even though it took about 10 minutes for my order, I appreciated that everything is made fresh to order. When the food arrived, it was hot, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The Tripleta sandwich was massive, stuffed with layers of perfectly cooked meat. It was filling and bursting with flavor in every bite. The sandwich came with crispy fries and a side of their house-made mayoketchup, which added a tasty kick.
I’m already looking forward to my next visit—I have my eye on the Mofongo! If you’re in the area and looking for something satisfying and authentic, 787 is definitely worth a stop. Highly recommend!
First time here. Nice initial welcome by Enyo! However, we ended up waiting 20+ minutes for our food while we watched them from our car serve 4 customers that arrived well after us (did not looked like pre-ordered) . That did not make us feel appreciated. The food was good though. Their rice & beans with Carne Frita is tasty. The Mofongo with Shrimps and Octopus is also good, as well as the Alcapurria and Pastelillo de Pizza. Parcha (passion fruit) and Lemonade are OK. Good parking but essentially no place to hide from scorching sun.
Finally went to visit this place yesterday and I can say without a doubt that they got the best carne frita I ever have. Definitely a must do. 100% recommend.
I ordered bistec which the meat was pale and tasted old. I tried to step out of my comfort and order something different and was highly disappointed. Do not order that.
