I recently purchased a 2011 Jetta from Carvana and Ace was a recommended partner with them to take care of any warranty issues through Silver rock. They promptly answered the phone when I called and got me scheduled in for service. They took care of everything from inspection to setting up the service/repairs through the warranty company. They even had a body shop on sight who took care of other issues found for me at the same time. Friendly staff with great communication. You can tell it’s a family run business. All in all I would definitely recommend them to any Carvana or Silver rock customers and anyone else looking for a local mechanic shop. Very pleased with my service through them!
