The Radiology Tech was so informative and kind, he took his time to understand my apprehension and made me feel completely comfortable. The office setting is calm and serene, well decorated and I enjoyed the snacks made available for patients. The front desk person was also kind a helpful. What a great experience!
The place was calm and pleasant which I appreciated. The radiologist was extremely pleasant and explained everything. The only glitch in the whole process was I called to make an appointment and was asked to leave a message and told that someone would return my call.no one ever did and when I called again I got the same message so I just kept calling until someone answered.
This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE!! My husband prefers an open MRI as he has had some lower back issues for years. The sit down open MRI is an AMAZING option for those who don’t like confined spaces. The staff is so kind and got us scheduled really quickly and had our insurance authorization done in 2 days. The office is really clean and the atmosphere is cozy. Bill is one of the nicest people we’ve ever met. He welcomed us in at the door and then made sure both my husband (the patient) and I were comfortable. Professionalism is always expected but kindness and compassion is a rare virtue these days and it is such a blessing to receive all three!! Thank you Advanced Diagnostic Group. You are truly a gift to your community!!
Took my mom in for an open MRI… OH MY GOD!!! Five stars is definitely NOT enough to give this facility!! What amazing customer service!!! From Daniella at the front desk to Bill the technician who did the MRI!!! Unbelievable. Highly, highly recommend this place!!! Thank you Bill for your amazing charisma and Unbelievable personality!
