This company is a Scam and thieves. Do Not get fooled by their $99 advertisement. Many complains with Better Business Bureau. Be Aware of their false advertisement and non-professional technicians.
Air Duct Now is advertising Air Duct cleaning for $99 so I made and appointment for May 7, 2024. The technician was late to appointment so I went to work and asked my mother to allow the technician to come in.
The technician by the name of Ron called me stated I need AC deep cleaning for $700. When I refused to pay that amount, Ron proceeded to reduce the price to $249. Ron called and requested Payment via Zelle. When I asked for an Invoice before, he stated one would be sent after payment had been made. As of today no invoice has been received.
When I returned home I found the vent dirty as if nothing had been done. My mother confirmed that Ron was in the house for a total of 10 minutes. I tried called immediately to make a complain and the person who answered stated that another technician would come to my house again to do the cleaning. A week later no one has come and after repeated calls, This company does not want to take responsibility. They are a complete Scam and thieves who take advantage of the elderly.
We were charged more than double what we had agreed upon, and they left quite a mess behind. Despite reaching out to them numerous times to get the invoice corrected, they never picked up. We even had to call from a different number to get their attention. That was over a month ago, and we’re still waiting for a callback or a refund. Will not use again, do not recommend. Too bad a 1 star is the lowest we can give.
First of all, they missed their first two scheduled appointments.
Secondly, the driver was supposed to call 30 minutes before heading to the house and he failed to do so.
The $79 basic cleaning and full inspection is false advertisement.
The $79 only covered 4ft of vent cleaning and no full inspection.
The worker then offered to clean the full dryer vent for $199. But, if there’s something blocking the roof vent cap there would be additional cost to remove that as well.
They did not bring their own equipment to clean up. Terrible service, would never recommend
This company has very shady business practices. The techincian here in Pompano Beach chargedus $300 for a simple Dryer Vent Clean and did not want to leave an invoice. Called the company several times, they never rurned my calls or messages.
