Completely Amazed with the results of my haircut by Sophie – Hopefully that’s how you spell it…
Anyway – I had dreadlocks and as a first time mama I needed things to be easier for myself and the babe. So happy these last few days by how easy and cute I look. Thank you so much! Knew I was doing the right thing by letting the school fix me up.
I’ve been going here for 4 years.
I’ve had many wonderful experiences with phenomenal students. Their instructors, especially Doug; are my main” why I go there”.. he is truly the success of that school.
I’ve had many students graduate, and be successful in their hair careers.
In particular, Ireland will graduate this Wednesday. She is so awesome at her job. She is very compassionate about her work, she has a great personality and listens to what you are looking for in color and style.
I wish her all the luck in her amazing future as a stylist!
I am going to school here to be a full specialist. My teacher for SKIN Ms. Leslie P is the best hands on teacher here! My experience with her teaching me techniques are amazing and she’s always available for help and questions at anytime. Thank you for truly caring about each student respectfully! Great experience.
My wife Carolyn had a bad experience here today. Here are her comments: No one expects perfection from a school, but when something goes wrong, you don’t expect the trainee’s instructor to get in your face and start questioning you. I’ve been coming here 3 months and everything has been OK. Not professional, but affordable. Today I had my eyebrows waxed, The student was cutting strips as there were none prepared. The strips were way too wide, covering my eyelid. When she pulled it off, one eyelid went totally red. Hours later it still is. I told the student it was burning and she went and got the instructor, who came armed with a clipboard of the times I had been there and what services I had had. She told me that I should know that was normal. I disagreed with that. I’m 76 years old and I know what normal is after many experiences. She kept questioning me about how many services I had, and I said I don’t want to talk about this anymore. I let the student finish, gave her a $5 tip and said Merry Christmas. Also said goodbye to the instructor. On my way out the front desk person said the director wanted to talk to me. She said I had been combative with her instructor and I was not a good fit. I felt very humiliated. To top it off they wouldn’t refund my credit on a pre-purchased card. What are they teaching the students? Things will go wrong in any business, but when the customer is hurt, and yet not rude or demanding, the student should be taught how to make it right, not put the customer thru an interrogation followed by a dismissal!
