I wish there is a zero for rating, the staff is so awful, I called for appointment and the way she was talking and refusing my insurance although Dr Reddy was covered with my insurance, the lady on the other side was very rude and talking like ‘we don’t take patients with this insurance, they don’t pay well blah blah…’. I was like really this is so mean and she can politely tell me that they don’t want such and such insurance,, after talking over phone only I have decided never ever refer this service to any one , such a bad office staff ,never heard or saw like them,,
RUDE and unprofessional receptionist. I couldn’t get a word in after I explained I found Dr. Reddy on my insurance portal as a provider in my network. I was cut off and told that Cigna doesn’t pay so they don’t take Cigna patients. It was such a harsh and rude interaction with no other moment of care or concern. Truly concerning about the quality of care this office provides.
Total waste of two hours. Got there early fill out paperwork for new patient. There were only five chairs for seven people took 20 minutes of standing till I get acknowledged, and given the paperwork. Put in a room with three other peoples ahead of me, so why did it take so long because other people can come in and get pushed in front of me that have the same issue I suffer from migraines. Sitting in a room with fluorescent lights triggers my migraines. Finally I had to leave before my migraine got too bad that I couldn’t drive when I left without being seen and I was give excuses instead of trying to help with my migraine.
Dr. Reddy should be ashamed of himself for allowing his staff to treat a new patient appointment call they way I was treated. His staff don’t care about their jobs and care less about the patients. Do better Dr. Reddy.
