APD Foundation Repair

APD is exactly the type of vendor you look for when a problem arises. We had water intrusion in our garage during tow heavy rainstorms. APD was very responsive, showed up on time, took the necessary time to analyze the situation, explained the options for fixing the problem and quickly got to work. Patrick (who did the work) was exceptional. He explained the process well, was personable and professional, started and finished the job on time, and kept us appraised of his progress. While we still don’t know whether the solution has worked, this is a first rate company.

Ok so was never expecting to have to deal with a foundation problem with my house but Here we go , I called the company and setup an appointment with kelly she did not play any games , Kelly setup the appointment and sent emails of confirmation and text about the appointment schedule , Sent reminders and updates which was fantastic , On the day of appointment Josh texted letting us know his arrival time and was 10 mins early . Josh came and greeted us with confidence and started to do the inspection , We were told the inspection should take about 1to 2 hours and it lasted longer due to Josh explaining every detail about our options and definitely never used any scare tactics to make a sale like I have seen lots of in my line of work , It was pouring rain he just kept working i even said hey !! take a break until the rain stopped , He just kept working till he was done . So after all of his work we sat and talked about our options not like a sales pitch and lies , we were giving options for the best outcome to our house and safety, This is a man who you want on your side to get things done correctly , Me being an engineer knowing how things work knew he was up front and played no games like others would do , If you need a company to repair your foundation problems you need to call Josh no nonessential services and lies you will happy he came out , Thank you josh
