Most beautiful place to visit especially after a busy time in Disney and Universal.
The villa was so clean and we had so much space (sleeps 6). Had chairs, umbrellas, ice packs on wheels, beach toys and beach toys which were a bonus in the cupboard waiting to be used. The walk to the beach was across the road down own private path. Beach was always quiet and we even swam wth dolphins. Beautiful white sand.
The kitchen had everything we needed with a massive fridge freezer.
The pool area was lovely and clean and a great area to chill. Was never busy.
The staff were so friendly and helpful and so accommodating when we had to stay for extra night due to plane cancellation.
You can use the free bikes which we did to get to the local supermarket. Turn right and is about 3 miles. Bike path all the way. Lovely way to see the local area.
Visit salt rock resturant next door for amazing cocktails, steak and seafood.
We also got at uber to go to Crabby’s and see the sunset on Pier 60 which is a must.

Attention to detail is 5 star with cleanliness and stocking of the rooms. Great location for going across the street for beach access and near the 699 bridge. Management was very professional, welcoming, and accomodating, another 5 star here as well!
The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are in each room. The location to the beach is great, but there’s only a couple food options within walking distance. If you don’t have a car you’ll have to use the trolley or uber to get to more restaurants, not a huge issue though. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating each time we’ve been here.
Hi, my wife and I have stayed twice here over the last 2 years. Beautiful facility, water views and pools. The condo we had was modern and clean. Very quiet rooms. Service is limited but access to beach is great. Will return. Nice place for kids!
Love this place. We visit at least once yet when my cousin comes to stay here. She rents from an individual person. But the property is well maintained, it is across the street from the beach with lots to do within the vicinity, even walking. Nice maintained pool as well. Only thing this last time she came this month there were a lot more teens young college students and much louder and disrespectful from those patrons. Usually it is more families.
