I had an incredible experience at Bay Care Imaging, where exceptional customer service made all the difference. Savannah at the front desk went above and beyond when the doctor’s office hadn’t faxed the necessary order. She promptly contacted them and kept me informed throughout the process. Meanwhile, technician Danielle was equally impressive, clearly explaining the procedure and ensuring I knew what to expect. Their professionalism and care were top-notch. To top it all off, they gave me a thoughtful note signed by both wishing me well. These ladies truly set a high standard for medical service. Thank you, Savannah and Danielle!
This is the BEST BayCare Imaging center.They checked my husband in within minutes of him signing in. They were friendly and thorough. He only had to wait about 5 minutes for the Tech to come and bring him back for the scan. The whole process was quick and easy. This facility is not the closest to where we live but it’s worth the drive. I really appreciated the care and concern that was shown.
I would like to start by saying thank you to everyone in the facility who helped me, especially the front desk we’re Taylor assisted us promptly and professionally and got things rolling. This was my fourth attempt at getting a clear MRI for my neck surgery coming up on March 17. It seems like things were going to be put off until I met TONY the MRI TECH. Not only did he comfort me from my claustrophobic problems. He took the time when I was inside the tube to talk to me and assured me everything was OK and allowed me to stretch in between images. My surgeon was ecstatic at how clear the imaging was. I’m so Blessed to have met Tony for he was a calming, Understanding and his positive attitude was just beyond belief Thank you TONY
