The technician was very sweet and very thorough in her explanations of what to expect with this test.
She was most concerned about my level of comfort and very professional. I would very much like her to care for me again in the future. In addition she was most gentle finding & inserting my IV which I really appreciated since have difficult veins.
Please let her know how much I appreciated her and the excellent care she gave me.

Cassie and the gentleman at the check-in desk were outstanding in accommodating me. Their courteous, caring customer service was above and beyond what I expected.
This is my first appointment at this location. I typically have gone to the Sunlake/54 location which has been wonderful. I found the desk help short and snippy and my first tech the same. The waiting area where you sit in a robe is where all can see coming in. There is no privacy. My ultra sound tech offered a suggestion for which I will try. I did have concern that I actually did not receive quality service for my appointment. In and out service is what you get which is good but feelings of a lack of quality and focus was a concern.
