I was greeted upon entry and checked in by a pleasant individual. I was then taken to the waiting room and I am not even sure if I was in there 15 min when called. She was very patient, gentle and kind while posing me for the screening. It was a very quick and efficient process from check-in to completion!
Cheryl was super nice and professional. Wait time was very short. Location very clean and organized. Staff is always laughing which seems there are happy employees there.
Check-in process was simple, straightforward and expedient. CT nurse came very soon after to collect me and show me to the CT room where she gave me a very detailed explanation of the procedure along with all the pertinent information about the i.v. w/contrast. Next, I was afforded ample opportunity to ask any questions and/or concerns. Afterward, I was made comfortable for the CT examination process which was quick & painless.
Facilities were immaculate, staff was professional and everyone seemed eager to assist in making the whole process stress-free!
