Highly recommend Dr. Shapiro and Lauren. Any time I have messaged them with a problem or concern they get back to me with a call or text in a matter of minutes even when it is a non urgent issue. You can tell they really are here to help and love what they do. It is also extremely beneficial to have a point of contact with a PCP.
For starters, Dr Shapiro and Lauren give me so much time back in my day because as we all know getting sick or injuries always happens at the most inconvenient time. When I needed an X-ray done for my finger (which was fractured) they sent me over the script to get an X-ray within minutes of me calling and I got the appt immediately. What normally takes an hour or two of sitting in an office to get an appointment took 5 minutes with Dr. Shapiro. This alone has made the concierge service worth it especially for someone who can’t afford to lose time in my day.
My favorite part is Dr. Shapiro and Lauren have a network of specialists that they pick out, ensuring that you feel confident in receiving the highest quality of care. You don’t need to worry about finding a specialist near you that you can trust because they will help you do that and even help make the appointment for you.
The cost of a primary care physician is well worth it relative to the time you save and care you receive. Thanks!
I recently had my 1 year anniversary checkup with Dr. Shapiro and all I can say is he is AMAZING! Dr. Shapiro is so knowledgeable, professional and detail oriented. My records are impeccably maintained. My prescriptions sent to my pharmacy as soon as my appointment ended. Referrals emailed to me before the end of the day. I’ve never had a doctor who is as caring and concerned about my overall health as Dr. Shapiro. Five stars doesn’t begin to rate how great a doctor Dr. Shapiro is! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I would highly recommend Dr Shapiro for any and all primary care needs. He and his wife Lauren make an excellent team. The beautiful office is very modern and quiet providing a stress free environment for the visit. Dr Shapiro is very professional with excellent bedside manner and medical expertise. I really appreciate how easy he is to talk with and they are always readily available whenever something comes up. 10/10, you will not be disappointed with your choice.
