Where do I start. Foremost the estimate started with kinda being forced to be a deposit down to have it scheduled the next day. Next day they called out and said they will come the following day at 8am. Guys didn’t show up until 9:45. Started good then one of their workers fell through my ceiling. I had to contact there boss to clean up after the cave in. I will give them one thing. They had a company come out same day to fix the ceiling. After the workers left from the ducted cleaning there was a mess everywhere. Pretty disappointing and unprofessional. I had to clean everything and then I have to hire a cleaning company. 1400$ for this cleaning and they didn’t even clean the vents. Only two vents. So what a day took them 9:45 to almost 2pm to do this work left a mess and with the damage to my ceiling I had to wait until 3:40 for the drywall guy and when he finished it was 7:00pm. My day was ruined and my dinner plans had to be canceled. They did a good job in cleaning the vents but I turned on my ac and never smelled the clean smell they claimed. All and all a horrible experience. They covered the drywall bill, but still submitted me a full bill without a future reimbursement of a cleaning company that needs to clean all the mess in my kitchen and my floors. Really disappointed with my experience. They installed a uv light!!! Workers were nice. Still don’t see on paper of cleaning every year for five years for the price that they claim. Never wanted someone to leave my household so bad. DO NOT RECOMMEND…
Called them up and they were immediately friendly and able to come clear our dryer vent within the hour. Tom worked quick and efficiently. Very personable and professional as well. Felt like I had a long time friend over helping me with my drier vent.

My dryer vent was clogged and the dryer was not drying. Called Bright Air Duct Cleaning in the morning and said they could arrive between 1 and 3pm. They arrived early and were here by noon. They explained that they needed to climb on the roof to properly clean vent and provided an estimate. The were very professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone needing their dryer vent cleaned.
Tom did an amazing job hanging a curtain for me on the second floor of my home where there are no stairs as well as going out of his way to clean our dryer vent the best that he could considering the condition it was and we moved into our home. Well done by Tom and I would definitely hire him again through the company Air Duct!! he was pleasant as well as professional and very clean. Thanks again.
