I had the pleasure of working with Camrock Foundations to address issues with the foundation of my pool, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Fantastic team! Great job all around! Casey explained everything in detail during the on site estimate and we finally felt like someone grasped our whole picture and concerns. This was the 3rd foundation company we had out for an estimate and the only one we felt confident in. Ryan was an absolute pleasure to work with the day of the big job and went over and above to explain the process and answer questions. Everyone was super friendly and honestly the experience was just overall pleasant. We had concerns after the work was completed, and the owner sent a few crew members right out to assess and discuss in person to ease our anxieties. Having foundation work done on your home can be nerve wracking. We appreciated the hand holding and reassurance from the experts.
We just had Camrock Foundations repair the foundation under our pool on Friday and I highly recommend them if you are in need of this scope of work! After sending our engineering report over we received a competitive quote within a few short days. After we decided to move forward they quickly got us on the schedule. The guys who came to the house to inject the chemical grout were very professional and knowledgeable and after they left I honestly couldn’t even tell they were here, no mess or trace of them being here was left behind! From start to finish both Casey & Shaina were always very quick to respond to any questions we had and on top of that everyone was so friendly and a pleasure to work with! Thank you Camrock Foundations for helping us with our foundation issue and for making the whole process stress free!
The company sent Casey and his coworker out today and I have to say that the inspection was absolutely amazing. Casey and his partner looked at everything, inside and outside of the house and then gave me their professional opinion. And yes, obviously it was great for me, I was told I don’t have foundation problems but I don’t know anything about foundations and if these guys were not as honest they could have told me anything and I most likely would have accepted it.
I hope, I never have foundation problem but if I do I know who to call. Great company!!
Casey came out to look at our foundation.
He was honest and told us what we needed to know. We didn’t have a foundation problem but he gave us good advice on what we needed to do. It was great having an expert come and spend time to explain things as opposed to some companies we called whom scared us and told us we needed to do unnecessary things and demand insurance information before they would even show up. Camrock wasn’t easily found on google and the companies most available on google with the most ratings were a disappointment. Thank you Casey it was a pleasure meeting you and I would recommend you in a heartbeat!!
