They were very professional and packaged items very well.

When they left, I noticed a crack in my large mirror and other damage in few of my pieces. I chose them because I do have a few large expensive pieces of furniture, and I chose unwisely. They said while they were trying to get my desk through my bedroom door that this wasn’t meant to be upstairs (just because they didn’t deconstruct it) as soon as they did it fit perfectly through my door. With the poor excuse that it didn’t have to be deconstructed and it would have taken 45 minutes. It took them 10 minutes to disassemble it when they had already damaged my walls and desk. They wasted more time trying to get it in rather then disassembling it in the first place like I had initially asked.

They didn’t offer to fix the damages when it was grossly apparent. And when I noticed the crack in my mirror I called them and they immediately said “what do you want? Do you want money from us?!” I stated plainly that I wanted my mirror fixed. But, of course, at the end of the job I signed the release without reading it fully and inspecting my furniture as I should have. I assumed it was just a receipt of sale because I did pay a portion in cash and needed proof of purchase. I was exhausted from moving–my mistake at releasing liability. I asked for their insurance information which they didn’t provide and a copy of the receipt I signed.

They also stated that they were also American Movers as well. So warning: do not sign anything unless you inspect your pieces first. At the end, one of the guys looms over you as you give them a good review. I would not recommend.
