This is a very good company. They made buying windows an easy process. Everyone involved was professional and kind. Even the installers were great. They gave us a fair price and we will buy from them again.
The buying process and communication was top notch. The installation, the guys were very respectful and nice. They did their best to keep the areas clean. They worked so hard. The windows, they are beautiful, open easy, but most importantly have changed the temperature of my house. My front bedroom would be 6 to 10 degrees hotter than the rest of my house on days over 85. So far, the front room is staying 2 to 4 degrees cooler than the main living area of my house. I can have my blinds opens without fear of the heat from the sun. Midday, direct sun, and the inside of my windows are not even warm.
FHIA was very professional, friendly and pleasant. The Installers were hard working individuals. They came at 10 am and continued working until 6:30 pm. They were very neat and took great care in protecting my furniture. They put up plastic in order to prevent dust getting into the rooms. I am happy with the installation inside and out. Setting up the Inspection was so quick and passed without any issues. I would be confident in recommending them to others.
FHIA has made buying hurricane windows easy..from the salesman Jarrod coming to my home & explaining everything about the product and the installation process to setting up the time frame..& keeping me informed along the way..the crew came on time..we’re very professional & efficient..but the part I really noticed is that all of the work crew had a friendly attitudes..smiling faces & kept me informed as they went along..my windows look better than I imagined!!..I would definitely recommend FHIA REMODELING to everyone!!5 ⭐️
