Dr. Thorwarth was excellent. He was straightforward, listened attentively, and reviewed all my results with great care. And knew how to diagnose my needs. I’ve been told I needed surgery on several things that he suggested alternate routes. He noted surgery as a last case. He clearly is not greedy. He suggested two alternatives that could be bought in the drugstore to try first.
Yanery Jasmin and Caroline at the check-in or clearly busy.yanery was trying to take care of three challenges that could have been taken care of the patient’s prior. I’ll still trying to check people in and be gracious.

Dr. Cameron French is an awesome audiologist. She handled my MIL’s hearing aid problems with professionalism and compassion. I would highly recommend her if you, or a loved one, has hearing difficulties.
ENT doctor and her assistant are fantastic. The front staff are very good. Wading through voice prompts are excessive and annoying. The audiologist and her assistant are a Problem. They lost my hearing test:(. Assistant’s first language is not English, she did not communicate clearly and appropriately causing unnecessary distress and wasted appointment for aids evaluation. HA prices from $7,000-$4,000+!
I love this place. Ladies at frontdesk are very friendly. I need my ears cleaned often and see Dr Lee. She’s the best.
Dr. Janet Lee came very highly recommended to me. After having needed her expertise I understand why. She and her staff are amazing and caring. She shows concern and listens carefully to your concerns. And, throughly explains her findings and plan for her patients. The staff is top notch.
