Visit, doctors, all great. BILLING AND FRONT DESK STAFF- incompetent and atrociously lazy. This office makes minimal effort to verify how your plan works or copays/deductible work. They charged me a ridiculous amount because they saw my deductible was not met HOWEVER with my plan for certain services the deductible is waived and it’s just a copay- like doctor visits and outpatient surgery. They would not believe me when I told them this at front desk and would not call to verify and threatened with rescheduling. I just paid because I figured it would be a month at most for a refund. WRONG! This was on 1/14/25 and today is 3/6/25 and I’m still fighting with this office to hear back from Michelle Jones to know where my $586 dollar refund is???? I should only have paid a $250 copay. I was overcharged by $586 and no one in this office can tell me where my refund is. I am a cancer survivor, i fought cancer and won all of 2024 and have so many medical bills to still pay- this company keeping my money for so long is proof of their incompetence and atrociously lazy billing staff. I hope they check their reviews. You should all be ashamed of yourselves

I have had multiple visits at this point at 3 different locations. Every single staff member; every Dr, and every resident that I’ve met have been amazing! My surgeon Dr Burnasek has been incredible and my progress post surgery has had many acquaintances in awe at how quickly I’ve progressed post op. His demeanor builds my confidence and allays any anxiety. I can’t say enough about any of that.

The only problems that I’ve had are with a very frustrating phone system. And I mention this because I’ve had this frustration multiple times over the last few months. You can’t get to a person and I always have to leave messages or emails and wait. There have been times when I’ve had to wait a couple of days for a response about something that’s felt very important to me as a patient. I will point out that’s never been about a medical question, but rather with paperwork and scheduling issues and I wish that could have been less frustrating.

In the end good healthcare isn’t about paperwork, emails and phone calls, and even though that one aspect has been very frustrating for me personally, I would give Dr Burnasek and his team a million stars if I could because that’s what they’ve provided, excellent healthcare!

Doctor Mark A. Mighell is a rear find in the medical world very professional, knowledgeable and listens to his patients needs for the best treatment He is extremely excellent in speciality shoulders and elbows. I had the best treatment with the Doctor and highly recommend him to friends and family
