After visiting my pcp to get a referral to this urgent care and driving 1.5 hours, the front desk woman was incredibly rude to me and advised they would not take my insurance. Her behavior was super nasty. Make sure to call and verify they will see you. They would not answer the phone for me or my doctor for us to check. My arm is broken, I am in a lot of pain and I would have appreciated professional behavior from office staff.
Outstanding!!! Compassionate and accommodating since I have problems with my other hand being deformed due to a previous injury years ago. I would rather go there than wait for hours in an ER. I was in and out within 2 hours with a splint and follow up appointment.
Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the Medical Assistant. The PA Thomas gets 10 stars if I could. He is excellent at listening and doing my injection.
