We ordered the build your own Burrito to be delivered by Uber Eats. The food arrived very cold. And it was a pile of slop. It was so bad we threw half of it away. Also it was on special. Buy one get one promos. We got charged full price for both. Had better at Taco Bell which isn’t saying much.
I have been searching for loaded nachos and FINALLY found my spot at Gringos locos downtown Orlando. It is not a fancy place but the employees are very friendly welcoming and the customer service is on point. I had the drunken nachos which comes with all 3 meats – beef chicken and pork. These nachos did not disappoint. Packed with flavor chucks of pork and chicken sour cream guacamole olives cheese I opted for no beans tomatoes and x’d some other toppings just my preference – make sure you get extra cheese! If you’re looking for great tacos and nachos – Gringos Locos is where you want to go.
Cashier was rude seemed like she didnt want to be at work ask for the huger thought it was just meat cheese and rice like it says on the menu she asked was that all i said yes afterwards i watched her put a bunch of stuff i didnt want in the burrito when i asked she claimed she told me it came with everything which is a lie definitley wont be coming back or recommending to any tourist worst mexican restaurants ive been too!!! Do not come here !?!
To say I am completely never ordering from here again is an understatement. Unfortunately, I’ve given this business multiple chances, and I’ve been disappointed three times in a row. Each time I have placed an order (via doordash), there were issues ranging from missing items to incorrect products being delivered. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but the resolution door dash credits each time. Not to mention, I also have called the store each time it has happened and nobody ever answers the phone. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to deal with repeated mistakes, especially when I’ve followed the ordering process and clearly communicated my requests. I’m hoping this review serves as constructive feedback for the company to improve its accuracy and implement quality control preventive measures. I can’t help but think if it has happened to me 3x now, how many others are being ripped off?
At this point, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my future orders.
