Helped me out. What didn’t help me out were their fees – which aren’t disclosed to a patient. This is nothing new in the medical industry. So let me just disclose it for everyone else:

To speak with doctor who will ask you a few questions then point you to another doctor for another appointment (~20min) – $517.40

For the next appointment which included neuro test and their diagnosis on that test – $1,242.50

To communicate that diagnosis to you – $304.96, unless that appointment is cut short for bad reception, then it’s $609.92 after you’re charged for a second call/appointment

To speak with the person who will write you the medicine prescription – $401.2.

And each time you need to speak to this person for refills? – $401.20/each visit. They’ll likely recommend that you meet with them 2x a month.

To speak with the psychologist – $304.96/each visit.

Long story short – better check with insurance before visiting. And also know you won’t get these costs disclosed to you before agreeing to each meeting, etc. You just get more or less surprised after you’ve already attended the meetings.

Customer care put my new patient information in wrong. Name and birthday was wrong , please hire people who speak English please because it’s causing lot of issues, they cannot correspond properly with patients.
