I had a fantastic experience with PA Laura Osterweil and her team during my thyroid biopsy. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring, making me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. The biopsy itself was quick and efficient, and they took the time to explain each step, ensuring I was comfortable. After the procedure, I received clear and accurate follow-up instructions, which made my recovery smooth and stress-free. Their expertise and compassionate care truly stood out, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
My experience was great from start to finish. Which says a tremendous amount about the staff I dealt with. First of all no one likes to come to a hospital for ANY kind of testing, however the three people I had the pleasure of meeting with were very professional yet supportive of anything I was worried about. They took the time to ease my mind about the I.V. They took time to explain the entire process to me and what to expect and when. They spoke to me during the whole thing and let me know what would be taking place next. I truly enjoyed my experience, and wish I could request them every time I needed something done. The lady who checked me in was extremely nice, went above and beyond to help me prepare for going back into the room and when I joked with her she joked back with me making it not even feel like a hospital setting but more comfortable. If any of my friends and family need to have testing done this is where I would send them. I have somehow misplaced the card the lady at the front who checked me in gave me, I believe her name started with a G. Possibly Gisele, or something like that she was in the last window before going into the door towards the testing and I am so sorry I can’t remember. The guy who walked me back was Patrick, and the one who did the testing and IV was Kelvin. I thank them so much for such a great experience.
I felt so sick when I got there their service is wonderful. They took me in right away. Everything is nice and clean. Very polite. I was on the fifth floor. The department, Andrea and Dr. Reddy worked very hard to accommodate my daughter getting her MRI that I thought the neurologist took care of. I appreciate all of you for that and for taking such good care of my daughter while she was having her MR. Thank you
Marisol, Angel and every nurse and tech that assisted us with our son was AMAZING! The ICU team- INCREDIBLE! This was a very scary time for our family but they made us feel so safe, cared for and heard. The doctors that helped my son from the cardio team to the pediatricians who checked in on him were informative and took time to explain things to us so we understood. While I pray I never have to see them again under those circumstances I pray for them all because the work they do is honestly so strenuous. I am forever grateful for the treatment they gave to us and making sure our son was taken care of.
