Lindross Remodeling transformed our kitchen. What a wonderful experience. At the start we had an idea of what we wanted and Lindross offered professional opinions and expert guidance resulting in the best solution. We were meticulously led through the design, product selection, and scheduling process. This was a complete transformation, windows removed, doorways closed, half-walls removed, new everything, and it came out beautifully. The project was involved and the crews were professional, efficient, friendly, and courteous. They always wanted to insure at every stage that we were completely satisfied with the outcome. If we noticed something after the crew left, it was immediately remedied. The Lindross staff (designer, project manager, decorator, office staff) was involved completely throughout the entire project with ideal communication and coordination creating a seamless process and keeping our stress level at a minimum. Great experience, great value, we highly recommend Lindross.
Exceptional in every way from planning to job completion!!! My project was completed ahead of schedule, on budget and with work quality that exceeded all expectations. I was hesitant to engage in a complete renovation of my master bathroom without moving out, but Lindross made it seamless. In fact, it was such a great experience they feel like family now, as do several of their subcontractors. There’s a lot to be said for completely trusting the company you select – after all, they will have access to your valuables and personal items for weeks to months. Lindross went out of their way to earn my trust, as did all of their subcontractors. We have a child in our home and still felt comfortable with everyone inside our home. We also have 3 dogs and were worried about different trades constantly coming to the house, but it was a non-issue as the first thing they did every morning was spend a few minutes greeting the dogs to put them at ease for the rest of the day. Organization and communication is key to a successful project, especially when you have a demanding work schedule. Lindross uses the Buildertrend app so you can see exactly when workers will arrive, how long their portion of the job is expected to last and when your job will be completed. You can post pictures of ideas, ask questions, and they post progress pictures each day. Knowing they are a higher-end remodeling company, they carefully select each subcontractor with an emphasis on superior quality, attention to detail, trust, promptness, open communication and professionalism. I am incredibly detail-oriented so I was afraid it would be difficult to achieve the exact details I envisioned, but Lindross exceeded all expectations. They converted what was once a cringe-inducing builders-grade master bathroom into a spa paradise that takes my breath away. At the end of a busy day, I now retreat to my master bath spa paradise — thanks to Lindross. If you want to avoid the “horror” stories you have heard about remodeling projects, hire Lindross – you will NOT be disappointed and you will make new friends along the way.
This is now the second home that we have had the pleasure of working with Lindross Remodeling on and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Very pleased with everything, especially the kitchen and master bathroom. The quality of work and attention to detail is remarkable. We are very impressed with the Medallion cabinetry. It has made our kitchen much more functional and efficient. They’ve been very easy to work with through the whole process and we look forward to working together again!
We had Lindross Remodeling build our RV Garage addition on our home starting in May of 2018. The work followed the prepared set of plans and they even did extra finishing work to improve the look of the garage interior. The contract was a cost plus type and all supplier invoices were presented timely. Brian or his supervisor were out to the job site every day that work was being done to supervise and assure quality and the client was happy. Can’t say enough about the entire team of workers and suppliers that he contracted with, they were all knowledgeable and professional. They all paid attention to detail and kept the job site tidy during the process.
