I had this company install a walk-in shower for me 4 years ago in 2021 and I was promised it would have been done in one day. Well, that was the first mistake, the second mistake was that they sent two people over to hook up the plumbing for it, they went to Home Depot every 15 minutes because they had no idea what they were doing. Robert House was the job manager at that time. They held this one job up so bad that it was awful. Now in January 2025, I noticed that there was water coming from under the wall separating the bathroom and the bedroom. I called Love You Bath and I told them what was going on for some reason, no one called me the first time I reported it. Then I called again a week later when I noticed water damaging my laminate floor so badly that I had to have my boyfriend take the floor completely out. It was on that call they decided to send someone out. And unfortunately, I can’t give a 5-star rating because of the mess this has caused and the loss of my only shower for over a month. They had to remove the entire unit, some drywall, and 2 x 4 studs. Then when they took everything out, they found the part that was leaking. It was a shark bite the previous installers put in that has been dripping for 3.5 to 4 years I never knew. Yes, they did put up new drywall, 2 x 4’s, and replaced my bedroom floor. I am still waiting on three shelves but that is ok. I am glad that it was fixed but this should have never happened at all. I am grateful for what they have done to get this taken care of. But like I have said I can’t give a 5-star because this should have never happened at all.
1 week until our bath remodel. Can’t wait to get it done. We quickly chose Love Your Bath with their great presentation and pricing. Will update with old/new changes.
We couldn’t be more pleased with our tub to shower conversion. Our installer, Jason, was knowledgeable and very conscientious. He made sure everything was done to perfection. Highly recommend this company.
We recently had a new shower installed by Love Your Bath and were pleased with our new shower. Our designer Van was knowledgeable and professional, courteous, the presentation he showed us was informative on what types of designs they do for the budget we wanted to spend. The Jacuzzi products are in a class of their own, and not sold in stores, they are made very well and their designed for looks that last a lifetime along with their warranty, they had good financing too that helped. Max the installer and his helper did an excellent job with our bath remodel. The workmanship is excellent. They were good at their skill set and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up when they were done and when finished, the job looked great. We had a positive experience and very happy with our new shower.
Very pleased with our Tub to shower conversion, Our Sales Person Taz Naravane was very knowledgeable and professional, he didn’t rush us through our decision making which is what I loved. Taz was right there to take my call and answer any questions we had after we made our purchase. Taz followed through right to the very end after our shower was installed. I highly recommend Taz Naravane as a sales person for Love Your Bath.
Our installer Joselito was extremely courteous and very professional. Joselito made sure to ask where to install the shelves and to wait for my Husband so he knew where he wanted the assist grab bars to be placed.
The installer was very thorough and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. He even made sure to clean up any dust and debris that might have been lingering around. His team was very neat in bringing out all the old stuff too!
Jacuzzi brand stands behind their employees and their contractors, all the staff from beginning to the end taking your payment were very proficient and knowledgeable about the product!
