LRE was my final bid as they offered a 5 % to sign on the day. Brandon was prompt and professional. His bid was not only the lowest but this was the only company that could access from under the side the slab and not drill thru my vintage tile floor! Chad and Chris arrived when expected today. Super nice guys! They explained the process and followed the plan as expected. When finished, they used what soil was available to cover exposed poly to prevent sunlight from reaching it and let the area neat.

After the hurricanes of 2024, my wife and I decided to improve the drainage around our house. After contacting several companies, we chose LRE Foundation Repair because their approach to protect the foundation of our house was comprehensive and was in line with the research I had done. A combination of foundation water proofing, foundation drains and French drains which directed water runoff away from the house was LRE’s recommended solution, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost…very reasonable.
The project duration was scheduled at 3 full days of work. On day #1, Antonio, the foreman, and his team showed up on schedule. Antonio, described what they were going to do and answered all my questions. They did exactly what Antonio said they would do on schedule too. In my experience it’s rare to find a contractor that exceeds expectations. I hit a homerun with LRE, and having Antonio as the foreman was the proverbial cherry on top of the cake. LRE far exceeded my expectations, and, in the future, if I ever need foundation repair or drainage, LRE will be the company I call.

Guys were great prompt clean respectful and friendly. Very stressful when you need your foundation repaired. Smooth like butter highly recommend fingers crossed I got a 5 year warranty and all goes well.
Marc came out and setup our job for a foundation seal and French drain. Communication and explaining the entire process was definitely one of the reasons we choose LRE to seal our foundation, aside from the great customer service.
