Had a few major attacks that i thought could be gallstones so i reached out to see dr. Elnemr who scheduled me for ultrasound bloodwork and endoscopy. After finally getting my appointment to review the test i was told there was nothing wrong with me other than i just have heartburn. I was also told that i DO have gallstones present but they weren’t a problem. I had another attack so this time i went to the hospital where i had to have emergency surgery to remove my gallbladder. I was told i have numerous gallstones and that has been my problem this whole time. Don’t waste your time going here. Get a second opinion for sure!

Dr Elnemr was not at the office at the time of my appointment, and the office staff did not provide warning about the delay until asked. All patients were told we could see his NP, or reschedule since they were unsure when/if he would actually show up to see patients. As a new patient, I finally saw Dr Elnemr after 2 hours of waiting, and in this appointment he proceeded to respond to a message on his cell phone while I was describing my symptoms. Overall, he displayed poor bedside manner and seemed distracted. No physical exam was conducted, previous study was not viewed, and medication list was not taken into consideration when suggesting potential future treatments. Dr Mina Elnemr “addressed” my pain by suggesting I take an antiemetic, which only treats my nausea rather than my pain as I described. He also suggested that I take Metamucil, which has been strongly discouraged by my other providers given my diagnosis. Dr Elnemr’s website indicates that he treats gastroparesis, but my concerns were not addressed. Office responds to negative reviews by removing them, as I witnessed earlier today by seeing another negative review disappear shortly after being posted.

Had tests over three weeks ago! Called several times over past two weeks to get results of Endoscopy and Capsule Endoscopy sent over to Florida Cancer Specialists for my upcoming appointment. I needed these to not delay Cancer Treatment. Arrived at appointment after staff told me numerous times results would be there on time. Day of Cancer Appointment still no results. The doctor is great staff has no follow through and this is concerning in this situation. Wife called 15 minutes before Cancer Specialists appointment and they said they still don’t have reports from doctor. Update: finally got results and they were very apologetic for the mix up. I respect that the Doctor took the time to call himself and explain the situation. I was lucky that the findings didn’t have a negative bearing or delay future treatment of my othe conditions.
