We asked several companies a quote and most of them were expensive and advised we
will finish the shower in 1day, to quick for us to do a proper job so we were very sceptical.
The Quote from National Bath was very reasonable and we had more faith in a 5 days shower.
The shower extension is now finished and we are really amazed how it ended so beautiful.
We expected a nice job, but we got an even better than expected and definite our money worth!
The whole process with national bath has been terrible. The communication is bad. The products are cheap material. They told me I was getting stone shower, definitely not stone quality material. I had to work around the project managers time. Took the day off from work for him not show. There is lots of imperfections in my walk in shower. Definitely not worth the 17k I have to pay for now. I will not recommend them nor use them again for my other shower.
Pretty disappointed! For $17,000 you’d think a small bathroom shower with a toilet would turn out amazing but that’s not the case. I’m now paying an additional $1200 to stop the leak from the new toilet since they didn’t replace the flange like we asked them to do. We had a seat installed in the shower that was put in with two regular screws rather than being mounted properly. Thank god it couldn’t hold its own weight or else someone might have sat on it and got hurt. To top it all off they went so crazy with sealant it’s all cracked now even after just a few months. No surprise they don’t email or call back
We had a tub to shower conversion on January 3. We chose black fixtures. Upon completion, we questioned the installer about the brushed nickle door handle. He acknowledged that he didn’t think it looked right but he said he had checked the product numbers and that the handle was the correct one for that kit. We have been calling National Bath several times a week and are told that someone will call us back to put us on the schedule to fix our problem. We’re still waiting. We also discovered that the installer failed to caulk where the glass meets the wall on one side. We are very disappointed in this company’s integrity. Not even the courtesy of a call-back. Had they just come back to correct these easy fixes, we would have probably given them 5 stars.
We would not recommend this company based on their poor customer service.
Update: We were contacted by the company and a technician, Doug, was dispatched to address our concerns. Doug arrived promptly at the appointed time and was very gracious. He switched out the door handle, caulked the glass where it joined the wall, installed our corner shelf, and made another minor cosmetic adjustment. We now have a shower that we can proudly show.
