Writing this review has been challenging for me as I had high hopes of establishing a positive relationship with a local business in our community. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and warm staff that made me feel valued and welcomed. I must commend them for their excellent customer service as they certainly excelled in making customers feel like a priority, deserving an A+ in that category.
However, when it comes to the actual repair and craftsmanship, I must express my disappointment. I brought in both my Nissan and Lexus for repairs on their bumpers, as both vehicles were experiencing the same issue. Unfortunately, the simple fix I was hoping for was not achieved. Despite spending a considerable amount of money, the repair was below my expectations, leaving my bumpers looking just as they did before.
As a result, I now find myself in a position where I need to invest double the initial cost to have the issue properly addressed.

I recently brought my car in for a couple of minor dents and was thoroughly impressed. They quickly and efficiently removed the dents from my car, making it look brand new again. The staff was professional, friendly, and their pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend their services!
I brought my car in for claybar and the results were like no other!! I was on vacation and when I got back I felt like I was coming back to a whole new car! Will & Jason did an Awesome job on my Parents SUV. In addition to fixing the front and rear bumpers, they went above and beyond and polished the running boards making it look brand new. Also changed out a broken blinker light, polished the lights to take the yellow away and returned it detailed. 5 Star Rating for not only their work but their Friendly Service. There’s no where else I would take my vehicles.
They went above and beyond to repair a few minor dents on my leased vehicle prior to me returning to the dealer. Willie explained every step of the process, you can tell he enjoys what he does. The young lady Limay in the front answered every question I had. My car came back looker better than it did when I drove it off the lot the dealership was so impressed
