I was referred to Michael Lundy by a mutual friend. Needless to say, I was meeting Michael at a very difficult time in my life.

In fact, Michael was on vacation at the time of our first phone meeting, but he made time to speak to me several times over the next couple of days.

As our case progressed, Michael was always available when I had questions. The thing I appreciated most was that Michael was a “straight shooter”. He did not sugarcoat things and that made it much easier to make decisions. Michael is definitely is knowledgeable and experienced as a divorce attorney.

Michael is backed up by a great team.

Robert Thomas CPA, and I spoke several times on the day he was trying to board up his house to protect protect it from the oncoming hurricane.

Especially noted, Cindy Alexander as she was fantastic at keeping me well informed, and keeping the team organized.

Additionally, Hope Johnson spent countless hours preparing required documentation and relieved me of much stress.

Both of these ladies are true professionals.

In summary, I was well advised, and well protected, which resulted in a fair conclusion.

I’ve started to write this review several times and could not find words adequate enough to express my thoughts on Lindsey French. If you’ve ever had the privilege of meeting Lindsey, you know that she is kind, thoughtful, funny, and intelligent. She knows when to press and when to hold back. She wouldn’t be an attorney at Older & Lundy if she was not among the best of the best of family law attorneys. Her knowledge of the law is impressive. Her ability to examine and cross witnesses is remarkable. She is always over prepared for anything she shows up for. To watch her litigate in the courtroom is almost comical because she is an absolute menace. It’s so contradictory to who you see outside of the courtroom you never even see her coming. She will excoriate you and do it in such a way that you recommend her on public social media forums asking for attorney recommendations. She is brilliant. Her staff is brilliant and efficient and just plain good at what they do. Nothing I ever say can express my gratitude for what Lindsey did for my family.

Rudest neighbors I’ve ever met. A tree blew over in the front of their building during the double hurricane in late 2024 and it’s obstructing the sidewalk. I happen to be walking by when their staff were walking out the front door by the tree to go get libations at the bar directly across the street from their firm. I politely asked them if anyone on their team had planned to straighten the tree. One guy spun around and walked to the bar ignoring me. The other one rudely asked me if “ the college kids could stop walking through their parking lot” to which which I replied hadn’t been to college in nearly 30 years so I had no idea. He stuttered and gave an uuhhh ummm uhhh. I’m guessing he thought I was much younger than I was. Im completely unimpressed with their lack of professionalism or courtesy to their neighbors.
