Fast friendly service, food was at the right temperature, waffle fries were fresh and crispy, tenders were spicy and good. John was a terrific host, recommended items and got the correct order. Will comeback, recommend this PDQ.
Manager Timothy Fowler totally saved my lunch break today. I accidentally submitted a mobile order to the wrong location and he quickly got me back on the road with my exact order in tow. Grateful for his help in my time of need!
Place wasn’t busy at 4pm. Didn’t expect that I would be served old chicken, old fries and even getting a drink order messed up.
PDQ is usually known for having very high standards when it comes to their “quality.” Not today. I also don’t normally go out of my way to review places, but this was completely unjustified by the workers thinking this type of service is acceptable. Definitely won’t be back to this location. For everyone else reading this, you’re better off going somewhere else.
Another great experience at this PDQ on Waters. Food was quick fresh hot and they met all their quality standards in my opinion. Service was nice and friendly. We’ll definitely keep going back to this location!
