Honestly, I am extremely upset with this company as I’ve spoken to so many people in regards to my issues. Multiple promises were made, and it still has not been addressed. For the amount of money I paid I would think that they would’ve done a better job. I should have known when the contractor came with his wife, on the first day and his wife and child the second day that it was going to be an issue. Since no one wants to respond to my text messages, phone calls and emails. I will go ahead and post all the photos here. Oh, by the way, I just started using the bathroom two weeks ago because I had to hire someone to put in the toilet that they never completed and realized that the glass doors they installed was not installed properly and almost fell on my daughter, The contractor put a hole in my wall And never told me And never completed the caulking around the tub or halfway down the wall. Unfortunately, I’m still stuck with this bill and an unfinished bathroom. I will continue to post my issues until they get resolved.
Great in home presentation and sales job. However, I am not receiving any follow up from Premier Home Pros regarding some issues we are having with our shower that was installed a month ago. No response to my email or voice mails and I continue to receive text messages to say someone will come out to look but has not yet made time to come.
We had a consultation with Ethan this morning to discuss replacing our tub with a walk in shower. After some discussion we asked about doing our master shower instead and Ethan was more than happy to change lanes. The amount of information we got about the products and installations was very informative, he didn’t leave any questions unanswered. We highly recommend Premier Home Pros of Tampa for any shower conversion you may want to consider.
Ethan is extremely knowledgeable about his product. Beside being very pleasant to talk with, he was very thorough and clear in his explanations of the materials, the installation process and the expertise of the installers. Additionally, he arranged financing for us that made our project affordable.
The best quality we have seen in this area. We met with Ethan and were very happy with the product being provided. Definitely a great choice for a bathroom/shower remodel!
Edit – The install team is amazing and got the job done in a single day, less than we were quoted. The quality is great. Highly recommend!
