Re-Bath came out to my home yesterday to replace my existing tub/shower that was in my master bathroom. The install crew Drew and Rafi did a phenomenal job! They were very kind and efficient! The job they did was phenomenal. I am beyond happy with my new shower! It almost doesn’t feel real because it looks that good! Thank you so much to Re-Bath Tampa for my new gorgeous shower! ☺️
Started off great, knowledgeable and convincing sales person. He measured, another guy came to measure a few days later and then finally a third a week later.
Shower install day came (2 weeks later) and they have the wrong size. Not sure how after measuring so many times, so then we had to wait another 2 weeks. He at least did the toilet and said he did the vent fans. I go upstairs to check it out; toilet is crooked and vent fans are the same and now I can’t turn on my light. Pam was able to get him to come back real quick to at least do the light and he will fix the toilet next time. Not sure why he couldn’t just communicate that the vent fans weren’t done instead of pretending he did them.
New shower install day comes and they fix the toilet and do the vent fans no problem, somehow broke the cabinet and handle a bit even though they weren’t being worked on. He tried to tell me it wasn’t them, but I obviously don’t break my own cabinets. I hear him talking on the phone blaming me and saying how I’m lying. Usually calling the customer a liar isn’t the right thing to do. I made sure to inform Pam as well, although she was snarky about it. He fixes it for me and gets a new cabinet handle. If I didn’t mention it or ask him to he would’ve just pretended it was fine just like the vent fans. Shower is done and actually looking good so I’m really happy. He is about to leave and I see the crown molding with a hole in it. I say, wait a second can we please fix that? Oh, yeah let me just get some things for it. So nice to know he would’ve let that go as well.
Then he tells me the glass company didn’t even order the door yet and they need to measure. 3 weeks later waiting on that (had to call them first to remind them I’m waiting on it) and I finally just got the door done a couple days ago. Overall product looks fine, just need to do some caulking around it still and painting myself, but would not recommend them.
We are pleased with our total re-model Re-Bath experience. It took a full two weeks but there was a bad storm during the process. Since we had another full bath in the house, we were prepared for having it done right rather than quick. Our team consisted of Kevin and Kyle who communicated with us clearly when they came into our home and each day when they left. What we appreciated about the Re-Bath team is that they had their own electrician, they even did the painting, and they scheduled the frameless glass door company. We were clearly told several times that they could not order the glass until the shower was fully built. So it was two weeks for the bath re-model and two weeks to wait on the glass doors, but they came out right away and did the install as soon as they could. Then wait 3-days for everything to dry. Having been through a kitchen remodel up north which took 6 months from start-to-finish including electric upgrade, we were realistic and prepared. We didn’t have to do anything but be home and provide the paint. We do recommend having everything entered into the contract that you speak about with the designer and making sure you refer to it with the team. Be specific in the contract, down to how many coats of paint you want, and ask for an itemized bill. We did not but we knew what we wanted.
Great experience from start to finish. We got a quote to convert our tub to a shower but didn’t go forward with the project until several months later. Even so, Re-Bath honored the original quote and completed the job efficiently and we are extremely happy! The look, feel, and function of our new shower are all A++

The installer was great really tried to work on overcoming issues and did the best he could. Love the tub, although not as wide as stated, they had to use trim to cover up unfinished flooring that showed. My big issue is the surround they put around the tub does not fit and I am told there is nothing they can do about it. I don’t think I would have chosen to proceed if I had know this beforehand, it is an eye sore to me. The surround only comes so long and then they had to piece it together, so not flush with the main piece and the grid lines are off.
