The team at Recreational Pools Spas & More is amazing, incredibly knowledgeable, and very patient! We bought a 12×24 above ground oval pool, and spa from them. We dropped the pool a couple feet into the ground and built out our deck around it. Throughout the process, I asked Dwayne, Brian, Dalton, and the rest of the team, literally hundreds of questions. They were always happy to help guide me, and went above and beyond every step of the way. If there are any issues or things that need replacing, there is never a problem and they always resolve the situation without delay. This level of customer service is unmatched. Additionally, their prices are great, and they included a bunch of free upgrades for us.
In sum, you are treated as a friend, not just a customer. When I call, everyone knows me, and everyone is always willing to help. Our pool is great. Crystal clear, because of the advice of the Recreational Pools Spas & More team. I take care of all of the maintenance myself, which I never thought I would do, especially with a large oak right over the pool. But, the team at Recreational Pools Spas & More sets you up with everything you need to get all the maintenance done in 30 minutes to an hour max per week. The spa we got is perfect. I was told that spa maintenance would be a handful by others, but not with the advice from Recreational Pools Spas & More. The maintenance is minimal, and the enjoyment is unmatched. I am grateful for everything they have done for us and highly recommend them!
This is our second pool from Rec. Brian is so knowledgeable and very upfront. Brian gave us all the upgrades, for being a returning customer. Our first pool was 18ft , we sold our home. We actually shopped for an inground swimming pool , but for the price, and size , and all the upgraded added expenses .I decided that our above ground pool served the purpose at more than half the cost.This time we wanted a bigger Pool so we got the 24ft. This pool was not instock when we wanted it, but Brian delivered to my home on the next shipment day without charge. We had it installed semi in the ground. There was a lot of dirt with this size pool , but it turned out wonderful. We listed the dirt for free and built our own deck. We still have some work on the deck, and yard to do but I’m satisfied with the overall experience! We will be back, and so will our friends. Thanks Brian , Rec and staff!
We purchased the Hot Springs Flair spa from Richard a few weeks ago. I was told it would take a few weeks but it was ready early, in about a week! It arrived with a faulty part from the manufacture so some of the jets didn’t work but they came over quickly to get it fixed! The delivery crew was fast and efficient. I’d definitely recommend them!
We purchased our spa around a year ago. We have experienced a few issues that required a tech visit to do the repairs right after we made the purchase. The tech was always on time and nice so we overlooked the inconvenience of having to do repairs. Approximately one week ago the knob that controls the waterfall completely blew off. The spa could not be used because when the spa was on the water would shoot out of the hole where the knob blew off (literally 5 feet high). The store employees were very helpful and actually made me feel like they care. The replacement parts had to be ordered because the store did not have them in stock so that took a few days. We scheduled to have a tech visit to do the repairs that were still under warranty. Apparently, the store no longer employs a tech and they utilize a third party tech/company. I talked with the tech and he seemed nice and professional. However, the tech was a no show on the day he was scheduled to come to our home. I contacted the store and they made arrangements for the tech to come to our home the next day. He was an hour late and did not seem happy to be there when he arrived. Unfortunately, the work that he did was not quality work. He left without testing the repairs. I noticed that the new knob was replaced but water was leaking out of the waterfall which means that the knob was not installed correctly and does not completely shut the water off to the waterfall. I will not request a return visit as I simply do not need the headache. My wife also pointed out that the water leaking out of the waterfall was actually going back into the spa so why stress about it? We invested several thousand dollars to replace a spa that we had for 17 years. We only needed to replace the pump a couple times and the control panel one time in the old spa. Not too bad over 17 years! We love how our new spa looks, but I do not think that it will hold up as well as our old one did. I guess quality is a thing of the past.
