I decided to replace our old Master Spa (approximately 20 years old) for the 2024 Holidays at the last moment. Chuck was able to pull a rabbit out of his hat and had our old spa removed and our new spa installed in a matter of 2-3 days. He even arranged for an electrician to stop by to do some related electrical work. My family and I really enjoyed using our new hot tub. We received many compliments.
Both Chuck and/or Mike were available to answer any questions I had after the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Master Spas hot tubs and in particular, South East Spas in Tampa.

We were in the market for a swim spa and had visited a couple other places. When I spoke with Chuck it was an amazing experience from the beginning all the way to the delivery of our spa! He was happy to wait for us after hours so we could check out the swim spas. When we arrived he was very welcoming, Showed us what was available, and the difference between the swim spas. My husband and son even went for a swim and tested the one we wanted, that night! That same night we completed all the paper work and scheduled our delivery date, which was very quick! Even after we left, and the few days after I had another million questions and Chuck continued to be so very helpful. Thank you so much Chuck! I would recommend you guys 100% to anyone!
Chuck at South East Spa was great! We are first time spa owners so we did not know what to expect or what to look for. He was very personable and informative. We needed flexibility with delivery timeline and they were very accomodating. I would highly recommend visiting South East Spa if you are shopping for a hot tub or swim spa.
Chuck was one of the greatest sales people I’ve ever worked with. So nice, personable, professional and made the whole process of buying a first time hot tub very enjoyable. There was a little hiccup with the delivery and Brittany went above and beyond to help, she even threw in some free products, which we really appreciated. Overall great experience and I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a spa, sauna, cold plunge…
