Dr. Rudolph is the best! We have been going to her for years. Every time we see Dr. Rudolph, our kids are always treated with kindness, patience, and compassion. She creates such a calm environment throughout the visit, even when they have to have a procedure. In addition to excellent bedside manner, Dr. Rudolph is brilliant and practices evidence-based dentistry, so I know they are getting the best care. It is evident Dr. Rudolph and her team make it a priority for the kids to be comfortable and have a great experience. We love this practice, thank you Dr. Rudolph and team!

So my children had an appointment on February 19 2025 with Dr. Mia Quan and she asked me what were my concerns and referred me to ortho for braces for my daughter and I asked to see the ortho that is already there which is Doctor CETTA with Bluewave orthodontics I set an appointment for March 6, 2025 however, I did not receive the time and they suggested that the insurance that my daughter has would not covered the braces and I said OK I can add her to my dental insurance and I never received a referral in hand. I called the insurance and they said they would have to wait until the referral comes through so I said OK , so Michelle works with Doctor Quan, Michelle Suarez Said that there was no referral that existed there is no not one and I said OK well, why did she refer me to orthodontics if there’s no referral that is here. I asked Can I just get a copy of todays appointment notes so she said that she would let me speak to Angela from Bluewave orthodontics I know they all work in the same office. They work with each other back-and-forth whatever the case may be Angela refused to provide the referral. Michelle transferred me to Angela which I know they’re sitting right next to each other and they kept saying that I was confused. However, I’m not confused. I work in prior authorizations. I know how it works and you have to submit referral or prescription whatever the case maybe to the insurance prior to them approving anything, but it is totally up to the Insurance. You can’t tell me what insurance that my daughter has will not be covered. That is not your decision that is up to the insurance company to deny the However, that is what happened. Angela continue to say that I will not was not happy with their services which that is not the case because I have yet to use Bluewave orthodontics yet my daughter is not even an established patient. We only set an appointment for consult so I left very disappointed because it seems as if they’re trying to cut out the insurance provider and only have you pay out-of-pocket, which is is not the ethical thing to do. I’m not sure if Dr. Quan or Dr. CetTA is aware of their practices that they are practicing at the front desk it’s just egregious how they operate refusing to submit to the insurance they refused to give it to me. Angela Reiterating that I was not going to be happy with Bluewave , How could she decide that for me? that is totally not the case. I have yet to have an appointment with Bluewave. I’ve only ever had an appointment with Dr. Quan, which I do appreciate the service that Dr. Quan provides she cleans the teeth of my children. She is good at recommendations so I’m not sure why they did not follow through with her recommendations for the referral to ortho. Also, Michelle, who works actually directly with Dr. Quan is who I’m most disappointed in because she could’ve took control of the situation and just sent me the referral without including Angela who was very disrespectful and kept telling me that I was confused. I am not confused and Likely not to return maybe so, but I don’t think that is because of the Doctor definitely her staff and the staff of blue wave doctors Cetta. So shameful. You’re not the only one that works in a medical field, and that is informed or in this case ill informed and sadly ill trained To provide care and services to your patients or potential patients. I don’t even wanna leave a two star for the doctor. I’ll leave it at one since she is responsible for her staff. What they do or not do knowingly and unknowingly.
