Highest rating possible. Everyone is kind and welcoming from the front desk to the relaxation areas. Ask for Regina, my full body scrub was amazing. She is so kind and professional. She explained each step and the organic products used. She answered all my questions and is wonderful to chat with when I wanted to. I live in austin and already want to come back just for her treatments. Relaxing and effective (my skin is so soft).
The spa at the JW Marriot Tampa is one of my favorites in the Tampa Bay Area. It’s easy to spend the entire day there relaxing. They have a dry sauna, steam sauna, hot tub, these amazing lounge pods, coloring books, multiple sitting areas, showers, and more. Everything is extremely clean. My massage was amazing. The therapist, Carmen, was absolutely the best. It was one of the best massage experiences. This is such a great way to spend a day relaxing.
OMG!!!! What can I say, Spa by JW for the number of times I had service has been an experience out of this world as well as the staff. Salina massage therapist and Regina’s nail specialist just add the cheery on top of the cake. My experience has always been top notch and the customer service is top-tier. The energy is so welcoming and yes a blessing in disguise. I love JW and Ms Regina, it’s definitely an honor to be in your presence. Thank you Spa by JW making this Queen feel extra special and recharged from everyday hustle and bustle of life.
I’m starting to travel more with my fiancé & I was able to reserve a 50 min massage same day today. Brenna was Amazing! I did the Swedish customized massage & she got all of my knots out & I was able to relax with her techniques. I highly recommend her!
I loved the amenities of the spa, I’m not “sold” on why the jacuzzi was hidden from the main pool area that seemed like a risky move.
If you have the time- the spa is worth the visit. It deserves the 5 stars.
I had the absolute pleasure of having Regina give me a manicure and pedicure, and I cannot recommend her enough! From the moment I sat down, her warm energy and kindness made me feel completely at ease. She took her time with both treatments, ensuring that every detail was perfect. My nails look amazing, and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing. Regina’s professionalism and genuine care truly made it a standout experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit with her! 5 stars all the way!
