We interviewed with several pool companies and Tampa Bay Pools gave us the most comfort that they knew and could create the space we wanted. Amanda was amazing in designing the space based on our specifications, and even came a second time in the poring rain to re-measure for a change we made for the future deck. Rob, the Project Manager, was super knowledgeable at all fazes of the project, and more importantly always approachable and responsive to any concerns we had. He was great about keeping informed throughout the entire process. Even the sub-contractors were top notch and were on top of their game. In a world where customer service seams to take a back seat, Tampa Bay Pools clearly recognizes the investment made when contracting for a pool and prioritizes treating the customers with the utmost professionalism, empathy, and timeliness. We knew we made the right choice from our first meeting with our design consultant, Amanda. She listened to all of our ideas and gave us a design that was exactly what we wanted, and never tried to push anything on us that we didn’t want. She also made sure we got everything we needed for a smooth HOA approval process. Once that was done, construction was underway, and thanks to our construction managers Eddie and Aaron, it was all wrapped up just two months later, and they always made sure to keep us updated on what was going on. Once it was done, Jacob, our pool instructor gave us all the ins and outs of our new pool.
We now have an outdoor space where years of memories will be made, and have also caught the attention of our neighbors. No kidding, we have had neighbors approach us on FIVE different occasions to ask us who did our pool, because they were so impressed with it, and every time we were happy to tell them “It was Tampa Bay Pools!”
So to Amanda, Eddie, Aaron, Jacob, and the rest of the team, keep on rocking, because it sounds like you’re about to get some more business in our neighborhood!
Let’s make it short and to the point. Juli came and helped me with my vision. She made it happen and got the paper work done. Switched over to Eddie who was in charge of the pool build process. Juli and Eddie I SWEAR I WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL FOR YOU TWO! As much as a pool process is stressful they made it so easy. There was never a time Juli or Eddie didn’t see my needs and wants get completed. In less than 8 weeks they made this all happen and completed. I’m still speechless as many others are when I tell them that it’s done already. I thank TAMPA BAY POOLS SOOOO MUCH AND A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO JULI AND EDDIE FOR MAKING MY DREAM COME TRUE! ♥️♥️♥️

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tampa Bay Pools on a new pool installation, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience.
