This location is typically the one I go to when I need an MRI, etc. Whenever I do go there, whether it be for me or my mom, the staff is always professional and accommodating. Last week on February 11th, I came in for an MRI. When it was my turn to be checked in, Zaria was the woman to do so. Not only was she professional but she was very funny and patient. I had a few questions that I forgot to ask and went to her desk on two separate occasions. She didn’t hesitate to answer my questions with kindness and a smile on her face. Even the woman in the cubicle next to her was helping me with the same enthusiasm. Her name was Alex. I can’t tell you how refreshing and appreciative it was to encounter these women. Thank you for making my day!
After waiting for three weeks for an MRI and receiving calls from the stuff to confirm the order and date/time. I showed up at the facility at the appointment time 8:10AM and waited for an hour to be seeing and I get called by one of the stuff members who is a (young white skin lady, blue eyes and black hair) and she tells me, they are not able to see me because the order description wasn’t correct and the time was at 8:10 PM, not AM. The lady was extremely rude and careless. She made me feel bad for being on hold for 10 minutes at my doctor’s office and didn’t show any respect towards me for having to drive for over 45 minutes and wasting an hour of my time waiting to be assisted. She ignored me while I was expressing myself, making ugly faces. She was very unprofessional and showed no respect towards me. I’m very disappointed of this facility.
The reason for the negative review: MANY issues with the authorization department. One person in particular. It would be great if someone could contact me from corporate so I can share my many experiences.
Don’t know what the issues are at this location, but one can never get to talk to anyone when you call . Your on hold for more than 10 minutes!! and still waiting!!… I had to drive to that location and was told they were going through some changes, but damn they’ve been telling me that since 1year and a half now!… You guys need a better excuse…
I was recently involved in an accident and needed to get some images taken on November 15th. I found the staff at this location to be professional, friendly, knowledgeable and on time. A special shout out to the guy at front desk Carlos, and CT tech, Leslie and MR tech Cindy. Thank you for being you!!
