Staff was great. Still waiting on results of MRI four days later. Unable to speak to anyone other than a call center. Have spent an hour and a half just to be told to have the Dr call and have the results expedited.
Went yesterday for my one year old daughters FASTING ultrasound. The girl at the front desk has no clue what she is doing, said the order for my daughter’s ultrasound in the system was not signed. After speaking with my daughter’s doctor’s office today they told me she was incorrect, it was signed electronically 2/26/2024 and in the system. She completely wasted our time, made my daughter starve for no reason, and my husband had to miss time off of work for no reason. Now I had to make numerous phone calls, schedule ANOTHER APPOINTMENT, more time off of work and another morning of fasting for my baby daughter. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location!!!! Go somewhere else!!!!!
I had a cervical MRI done at this location and the technician was wonderful. In addition the ladies at the front desk and Radiologist that made it happen for me to get the results in time to see my Chiropractor were absolutely outstanding. I truly appreciate everything you guys did, in the way the world works today finding people that are willing to take an extra step is very rare. I truly believe we can all make a difference. From someone that has been in lots of pain, Thank you.
Worst front desk experience! Lady at the front desk or the receptionist was very unpleasant and unprofessional. People who come here has medical condition and they needed help. The receptionist seem to not care at all and lacks empathy. I witnessed how she handled two other patients who took time to drive to their location to make an appointment in person because calling is taking long for someone to answer the phone. The receptionist just told them with a straight face she cannot help them. Patients walked out very upset. I understand if you cannot do anything about it, but at least show that you care somehow. She is not in the right field of work. I’ve been coming here for so long but will never be coming back.
After reading some of these reviews, I felt like this was going to be a mistake. Well, my first experience was reaffirmed this. After calling to check on my referral, I was waiting on hold for 40 minutes, only to be transferred to a voicemail. HUH? You could’ve simply taken a message from me this whole time? Why did you make me wait so long? Anyway, I left a message, but have no expectations of a call back. I will update this if something good happens…
