The staff here is very attentive and kind. My group did the Greek gods room. Very fun, with multiple rooms, decently priced for the experience. Would honestly care to see more merchandise available in the shop as an improvement, but would definitely go again and recommend to others!
They have a hint button on the front wall and multiple cameras so the employee servicing the room can be available with exact hints throughout the experience if needed. Very challenging puzzles, including multiple numerical and alphabet master locks, as well as puzzle pieces hidden throughout different rooms. Could have used more lore about the mythology, but overall experience was great!
My friends and I were here last night as a party of 6 doing the Knight to Escape room and we had a blast! As people who have experience having done multiple escape rooms, we were hoping that this one had not only a well-developed theme but also creative puzzles and it did not disappoint!! There was a mix of both traditional and creative puzzles here that we ALL loved and we enjoyed how collaborative and communicative it was! You could also feel the love that Jamie and her husband (the owners and creators) put into the rooms. Jamie did a fantastic job also nudging us in the right direction instead of just giving us the answers when we’d be close to the next step but not quite there, and she balanced giving each group hints as needed for the puzzle. She was kind, hilarious and thoughtful and you can feel her passion for the place she and her husband created.
As for the Knight to Escape escape room itself, I’d personally recommend doing it with 5-6 people because there is a LOT of communication and coordination as the website says. You’ll often have people doing multiple things looking for different details around each room, and you’ll constantly need to talk with your partners in the other room! There’s a good mix of technology involved in deciphering some of the puzzles, while some are more traditional and others require more out-of-the-box thinking. You’ll absolutely love the creativity of the puzzles, and you’ll love working together with your team to reunite and escape together!
There are collectible stickers you can get if you escape (one for each escape room) so we definitely plan to come back for them and enjoy all of the different themes! This was probably my favorite escape room I’ve been to thus far and I can’t wait to do the others! Thank you Jamie for being such an incredible host and to you and your husband for creating such a wonderful experience we all enjoyed! We loved it!
My friends and I were here 2 weeks ago and were blown away and had an absolutely wonderful time! We opted for trying our first 2-hour escape room with “ A Knight to Escape” and it was perfection! The amount of attention to detail, mechanics, and variety of puzzles were by far our favorite experience in an Escape room ever. Jamie, the owner, was extremely attentive and friendly and definitely made the experience even better! Definitely recommend this place and we’ll definitely be back!
Did Fight Before Your Eyes and was extremely let down. We were looking for a scary room to do and the website described this one as spooky and thrilling, which it was not. We felt like the clues we found were not even cohesive and found ourselves confused for most of the time in the room . not to mention the flashlights barely lit anything and there were 7 of us.. It was more so like a let me put you in this room and good luck. It wasn’t even an issue of difficulty more so it just didn’t flow or make any kind of sense. When we asked for clues there were two to three occasions where we had to wait several minutes for someone to respond, this has also never happened at any other escape room. Oh and the clue would be a puzzle itself as we tried to decipher what they were saying through the microphone that seemed like it barely worked.. We normally do escape rooms all the time and this was the first one that was a let down. Bad story, bad room, bad description online. Just overall not a good time. Way too expensive for the bad experience.
My family and I completed the Knight to Escape room yesterday and LOVED it. Our team of 5 (experienced players) managed to get out of this 2 hour room in about 1h37m. The room was unique in both its long duration and that your party is split into two groups, one being in near-complete darkness for most of the game, and you have to work cooperatively between the rooms while separated. The puzzles all made perfect sense, and we all had a blast. I also like that they sell souvenirs for each room, such as collectors coins, enamel pins, and tshirts. Can’t wait to try another of their rooms!
