I have lived here for almost a year and a half and absolutely love it here. The standard genuinely cares for us and makes us students feel welcomed and appreciated. The amenities are great, especially the gym and the pool. Also as a college student, the study rooms are amazing when you just need a quiet place to do some homework!!
I moved here this past year and love it! Maintenance and the staff are super quick to help and always willing to help anytime! The rooms are a great size along with the bathrooms! I enjoy all the amenities! The pool and gym are great! Overall I would recommend the standard to anyone looking for off campus USF housing!
I’ve really enjoyed living at The Standard. It’s a beautiful building with wonderful amenities. They rooftop gym and pool are fantastic.
Maintenance is quick and easy to request, front desk staff is nice, and the roommate matching app is SO helpful to make sure you room with someone similar to you!
There’s a Bull Runner stop outside for USF students who don’t drive which makes getting to class easy and convenient!

I’ve lived at the Standard for two years now and can confidently say it is the best apartment complex around! The amenities are the selling point of the apartment. On top of that, everyone is friendly and nice and the host different events throughout the month to give back to the residents. I highly recommend living here!
Living here was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The complex charges several large add-on fees that they don’t clearly inform you about, and they were not very good with addressing any of my concerns. During my move in, there was work still being done in my room, and I was reassigned to another sublease before being notified. I was deceived and not told about this sudden change even after specifically organising a sublease from a friend for a particular unit. The room I moved in to had eviction photos on the door when I arrived, and the folks at the front desk seem to have not communicated with one another at all. The people in the apartment were also unaware I was moving in. The hallways, bike room, and elevator are always filthy with dirt and garbage. And, the office staff lacked in good communication. They were clueless and often had to refer to their manager, who seemingly never was around. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. They kept me in the dark with several things and continued to charge me for things over my short stay of two months over here. Additionally, the walls are paper thin. Also, the area around was not very safe. Often, there would be people engaging in illegal activities on the roof top next to the swimming pool. And, there seemed to be no regard from staff members and residents for any rules or regulations. Please avoid staying here, and spend your money elsewhere.
