Pros: The person who cleaned was pleasant, communicated well, and was a five stars for the cleaning – especially the two bathtubs. Easy to schedule. Cons: I received a call the morning of saying they needed a card to put on file. I had the cash ready to pay in cash and tip in cash. When I asked I was told that a hold for the entire amount would be put on my card. So I did not pay in cash as that would tie up double the funds. This also should have been addressed sooner, such as at booking or at least a day or two in advance. I understand the need for the card info. The lack of communication about this was my issue. They also pay for reviews. This is absolutely unacceptable to me. I suggest you read Google reviews for this business with the knowledge that a financial incentive may have been provided for the reviews. I also received a marketing text to set up regular cleaning that was worded as if my initial cleaning had already been done when it had not. I appreciate the vigor of their marketing, but not the timing or the methods.
The two maids arrived on time and worked hard and efficiently. The place was sparkling when they left.
Hermane contacted me a couple of times ahead of the scheduled visit to confirm details. Great service.
