Loved our experience! Patrick K and Justin C did such a great job. They were very helpful, professional, and helped us with everything we needed. Undergrads moving was quick to help us out with a very last minute move. Got back to us before anyone else. The service was affordable, and all our stuff was moved safely. Highly highly recommend.
Hired this service to load contents of 2 bedroom condo into a 20ft moving truck and unload into a large storage unit. There were 4 young men, and it was to be a 3 hour job. 3 of 4 were on their first day of job and had no idea what to do. 1 of 4 did nothing, he was physically exhausted after 40 minutes and basically walked around the rest of day. It was supposed to be a $540 job, but due to their inexperience and exhaustion, it turned into a $1,600 job! They also broke several items due to placing heavy furniture on top of glass, etc.
Last week, we hired different movers to load a 20ft truck with the exact same contents of storage unit and it cost $210 with 2 MEN and took less than 2 hours!!!
When calling Undergrads to resolve this issue, they refused to make right.
The front staff, Karen, was super friendly and got me a quote and even scheduled same day when I had to arrange things last minute. The cost was very reasonable and the movers, Kamil and Vince were very professional and quick moving my 1 bed apartment on the third floor. (All stairs I might add and they did flawlessly.)
I Definitely will use this company again in the future when needed!
Moving day was a million times easier and faster with the amazing helpers from Undergrads moving.
Christopher C, Ryan H & Max B each arrived on time and were very professional and ready to do the work. They lifted the heaviest of dressers and furniture, packed and organized the truck so that everything fit and we were on our way to our new home.
We had rashaun s & Jason k on the other end to unload our truck and they did an awesome job as well! It was great to use the same reliable company in both cities.
I highly recommend these wonderful young men and this company for your next move.
Taylor, Charles, Fred, and Cooper are all very respectful young men. We were worried about them lifting some our heavier furniture, but they worked together, strategized and made it happen. They even helped us figure out where to put a piece of furniture that I couldn’t decide on. Our experience was awesome overall. I wish I knew about this company sooner.
